Lazy holiday

It's my week off work, so I hope you will forgive me updating a bit less frequently these next days. I haven't really planned much; Visiting a couple of friends and family members, wash the car and the floor, and maybe a trip to the recycling centre. Knowing me, I'll only achieve half of what I plan. I will however relax, which frankly is needed.

I've made it further in Eastward! I made it out of the mine and into a country area. John made a new friend, Uva.

Also, I had a quick go at "Earthborn", a game within the game. It's an 8-Bit RPG that Sam and her friends enjoy. As a bonus, it is a nice little distraction from the main game. It does have a time limit much like Majora's Mask; After seven days you have to fight the final boss. I don't think you're not expected to beat him when you first try (at least I hope not! Did I just out myself as a bad gamer?). It seems whoever joined your party remains after the final boss beats you. It's an interesting mechanic that gives you a place to jump off so you don't feel like you have to beat the game in one sitting.
